Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes (cutInCubes)
  • 280 ml Water
  • 4 Tomatoes (rootCut)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 130 g Kashmiri Mirch (cc56df53-8336-48a2-b02c-69a86499272b)
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Leaves (none)
  • 3 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 50 ml Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add potatoes, water, ghee, salt and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the potatoes at 120°C for 360 seconds using automatic stirring.

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the jeera at 120°C for 90 seconds with the lid on, but cap off.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, kashmiri mirch, hing, turmeric, coriander leaves, and kasoori methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the mixture at 120°C for a total of 420 seconds with automatic stirring and scraping.

Aloo Tamatar is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cool down for 10 seconds. Garnish with coriander leaves as needed and serve.
