    • 10 stems Parsley (Washed, trimmed)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2.5 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (none)
    • 4 pieces Tomato (cut into two)
    • 15 leaves Basil (trimmed)
    • 2 tsp Dried Basil (none)
    • 1 tbsp Jain Tomato Ketchup (none)
    • 1 tsp Salt (none)
    • 1 tsp Sugar (none)
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
    • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (none)
    • 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning (none)
    • 160 g Pasta - Fusilli (none)
    • 350 ml Water (none)
    • 30 g Cream (none)
    • 10 pieces Black Olives- Sliced (none)
    • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (none)

    Prepare Aromatics

    Add parsley, green chilli, and olive oil to The Upliance jar. The device is ready to process the base.

    Cook the Sauce

    The device will chop and lightly sauté the aromatics on low heat. Add tomatoes and basil, then the device will cook and blend the mixture into a sauce on low heat for 10 minutes.

    Cook the Pasta

    Add ketchup, spices, water, cream, and fusilli pasta to the jar. The device will cook the pasta directly in the sauce on low heat for about 24 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Serve

    The dish is ready. Transfer the pasta to a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes to thicken. Garnish with sliced black olives and chilli flakes before serving.
