Ingredients

  • 10 stems Basil (Washed, trimmed)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 160 g Pasta - Fusilli
  • 350 ml Jain Tomato Ketchup
  • 30 g Pomace Olive Oil
  • 4 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 15 leaves Basil (trimmed)
  • 2 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 10 pieces Black Olives- Sliced
  • 0.5 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2.5 tbsp Salt

Instructions

Add aromatics and tomatoes to jar

Add Basil, Green Chilli, Tomato, and Olive Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut/cook aromatics.

The device will now cook tomatoes

Add Basil, Oregano Seasoning, Chilli Flakes, Kashmiri Mirch, Black Pepper, Sugar, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook tomatoes at 95°C for 600 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add pasta and remaining ingredients

Add Pasta, Jain Tomato Ketchup, Cream, Black Olives- Sliced, and Parsley to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook pasta at 95°C for 780 minutes with automatic stirring. Then reduce temperature to 95°C for 300 minutes with stirring at speed 0.

The dish is ready

Remove pasta from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
