Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder, 0.25 tsp Hing powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, and 0.5 tsp Jeera powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.
Add 250g chopped French Beans, 80ml Water, and salt to taste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the beans at 95°C for 240 seconds with automatic stirring. Then continue cooking at 95°C for 1320 seconds with automatic stirring.
Add 0.25 tsp Garam Masala powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now stir and simmer for 300 seconds at 95°C to evaporate excess water. The device will automatically adjust stirring to a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.
Remove the Beans Subzi from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with 4 stems of chopped Coriander Leaves in a separate bowl. The dish is ready to serve.
