Add 300g washed and cut chicken, 1.5 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, 20g Brown Sugar, and 1.5 tsp Dark Soy Sauce to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select marinate mode for 15 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté 1 Dried Red Chilli, 5 peeled Garlic cloves, 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, and 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil in the jar at 100°C for 30 seconds using the sauté function. The device will then automatically grind the spices for 10 seconds at speed 12.
Add the pre-marinated chicken to the jar with the sautéed spices. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the chicken and marinade together at 95°C for 15 minutes using the simmer function with automatic stirring.
