Add 500g TetraPak Milk, 14 tsp Sugar, 14 pieces Cashews, 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder, 200 ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will then automatically measure and adjust quantities according to the built-in scale.
Select the "Cooking Payasa" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and maintain a temperature of 95°C for the duration specified in the recipe (approximately 14 minutes). The device will automatically adjust cooking time based on the amount of ingredients.
Add 58g Roasted Vermicelli, 1 tbsp Ghee, 20g Almonds, 20g Cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Tempering Dry Fruits" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and maintain a temperature of 110°C for 90 seconds, followed by a brief cool-down period.
Once the tempering is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Vermicelli Payasa from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve in a bowl.
