Add Celery, Red Bell Pepper, Garlic, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of Pomace Olive Oil. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add Tomatoes, Basil, Green Chilli, and remaining vegetables to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select blend mode. The Upliance 2.0 will blend at speeds 2-12 for a total of 30 seconds, increasing speed gradually.
Add Salt and Black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically mix. Transfer the soup to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion. The dish is ready.
