Add oil, garlic, ginger, and green chillies to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients and sauté them on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes to release flavors.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, Pav Bhaji Masala, Kashmiri Mirch, and Turmeric. The Upliance will sauté the mixture on medium heat for about 8 minutes with automatic stirring until the oil separates.
Add potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, peas, beetroot, and water. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 26 minutes, automatically stirring and mashing the vegetables to the perfect consistency.
Stir in the final butter and lemon juice. Serve the hot Bhaji with butter-toasted Pav prepared on a separate pan with a sprinkle of coriander.
