Add onion, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these aromatics in 3 tbsp of refined oil at 120°C for 5 minutes using automatic stirring.
Add tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the tomatoes at 120°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add potatoes, carrots, peas, capsicum, beetroot, processed cauliflower, and water to the jar. The device will now cook all the vegetables together at 120°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add remaining turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Amchur powder, and Pav Bhaji Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the bhaji at 100°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.
Remove the Pav Bhaji from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with butter and serve hot with butter-toasted pav. Enjoy!
