Ingredients

  • 5 g Green Chilli (minced)
  • 2 stems Ginger (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 80 g Cauliflower (trimmed)
  • 130 g Onion (cut into fourths)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed from stem)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 180 g Tomato (cut into halves)
  • 100 g Potato (peeled)
  • 40 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 30 g Peas (washed)
  • 30 g Capsicum (cut into fourths)
  • 40 g Beetroot (peeled and cut)
  • 300 ml Water
  • 45 g Processed Cauliflower
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tbsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 10 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add onion, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these aromatics in 3 tbsp of refined oil at 120°C for 5 minutes using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the tomatoes and vegetables

Add tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the tomatoes at 120°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add potatoes, carrots, peas, capsicum, beetroot, processed cauliflower, and water to the jar. The device will now cook all the vegetables together at 120°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add spices and simmer

Add remaining turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Amchur powder, and Pav Bhaji Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the bhaji at 100°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

The Pav Bhaji is ready

Remove the Pav Bhaji from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with butter and serve hot with butter-toasted pav. Enjoy!
