Add refined oil, mustard seeds, jeera powder, hing, jeera, coriander leaves, and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these ingredients using the "Sautéing Spices" preset at 95°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut the green chilies according to the preset parameters. Then, it will sauté them with the other spices for 10 seconds at 20°C
Add thick curd and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now blend these ingredients with the spices using the "Making Buttermilk" preset at 20°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically indicate completion. Refrigerate for an hour and serve in a glass.
