Add Onion, Jeera, Green Chilli, Turmeric, and Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds until fragrant. The device will then stir at speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Add Bread and Lemon Juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir at speed 1 for 5 seconds. Then, select the TAT heating mode at 90°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will then stir at speed 1 for 5 seconds, with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees for 7 minutes. Finally, select the TAT heating mode at 90°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring, with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.
Add Paneer to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 90°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. Remove Poha from Jar and mix it. Add Refined Oil, Kashmiri Mirch, Coriander Leaves and Roasted Salted Peanuts to the jar. The device will cook at 90°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. Then stir at speed 7 for 10 seconds.
The Bread Paneer Poha is ready. Serve immediately.
