    • 80 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 50 g Spinach (washed)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 330 ml Water
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add oil, jeera, and hing to the Upliance jar. Add peeled ginger, garlic cloves, and green chilli.

    The device will chop the ginger and garlic and sauté on medium heat. Add spinach, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. The device will chop the spinach and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.

    Add the soaked moong dal and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on medium heat for 20 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure even consistency.
