Ingredients

  • 80 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 330 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 50 g Spinach (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (chopped)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked Moong Dal, water, oil, jeera, hing, salt, and garam masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the dal

The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the dal at 95°C for 1500 seconds (25 minutes) with automatic stirring.

Add spinach and aromatics

Add washed spinach, turmeric, green chilies, and ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, add chopped garlic and green chilies and cook for an additional 10 seconds.
