  • 1 piece Ginger (peeled and minced)

  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black Cardamom
  • 2 pieces Tomato (cut in two)
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 80 g Pearl Barley (washed)
  • 50 g Masoor Dal- Split (washed)
  • 20 g Daliya (measured and washed)
  • 400 g Mutton Boneless (32c06a90-796d-48f5-b2d6-f60526c47457)
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 600 ml Water
  • 2 pieces Onion (hand chopped)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Turmeric Powder, Green Chilli, Ginger, Clove, Garlic, Refined Oil, Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Cardamom, Tomato, Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.
