Add 8 cloves of peeled garlic, 1 piece of onion, 1 piece of green chili (cutTwo), and 12 stems of washed and trimmed parsley to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The device will now cut and sauté at 20°C for 10 seconds using automatic stirring.
Add 100g of Sona Masoori Rice, 250ml of water, 1 tsp of dried basil, and 0.25 tsp of chili flakes, and 100ml of TetraPak Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, reduce the temperature to 90°C and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add 100g of washed button mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the mushrooms at 20°C for 6 minutes with automatic stirring. Add 20g of cheese cube. Stir gently for 10 seconds.
Pour the risotto from The Upliance 2.0 jar into a bowl. Garnish with 2 stems of chopped basil and 0.5 tsp of black pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
