Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (whole)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 400 g Lauki (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1 Green Chilli (minced)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 3 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Jeera, and Hing to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the Lauki

Add Lauki and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically switch to simmer mode for 15 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add Green Chilli, Ginger, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will stir automatically for another 30 seconds at 95°C.

The dish is ready

Garnish with Coriander Leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Serve hot.
