Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (crushed)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 80 g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed)
  • 50 g Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Thyme (dried)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Add base ingredients to jar

Add olive oil, jeera, green chili, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the onions.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add chicken, ginger, garlic, red chili sauce, thyme, peanut butter, tomato, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. The device will now cook at 95°C for 25 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

This step is not needed. The dish is almost ready.

The dish is ready

Garnish with parsley. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve immediately.
