Add marinated chicken, garlic, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring and then at 95°C for 10 minutes using PID control.
Add carrots to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the carrots at 20°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, add rice, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the jar. The device will now cook the rice at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring, then at 95°C for 600 seconds using PID control, followed by 4 minutes of stirring at 20°C.
Add capsicum to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the capsicum at 20°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, sauté all ingredients together in The Upliance 2.0 jar at 95°C for 5 minutes using automatic stirring and PID control.
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. The Kung Pao Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
