    Ingredients

    • 120 g Chicken Breast (cubed and marinated)
    • 400 g Pre Steamed Rice (cooked)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 50 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
    • 50 g Capsicum (cut into quarters)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
    • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (none)
    • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (none)
    • 0.5 tsp Vinegar (none)
    • 5 g Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)
    • 3 g White Sesame Seeds (none)
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)

    Instructions

    Prepare garlic and aromatics

    Add peeled garlic cloves to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the garlic using high speed settings.

    Cook the chicken

    Add the marinated chicken to the jar with the garlic. The Upliance will now cook the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure the chicken is tender.

    Add vegetables and rice

    Add carrots, steamed rice, sauces, and spices to the jar. The device will cut the carrots and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Then, add capsicum and oil; the device will chop the capsicum and sauté on low heat for 5 minutes.

    The dish is ready

    The Fried Rice is ready. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with fresh spring onion greens and white sesame seeds before serving.
