Ingredients

  • 120 g Medium Poha
  • 800 ml Water
  • 1.5 pieces Green Chilli (remove)
  • 3 g Ginger (peel)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 15 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1.5 pieces Green Chilli (remove), 3 g Ginger (peel), 0.25 tsp Turmeric, and 15 leaves Curry Leaves (wash) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 240 seconds. The device will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the spices

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the spices for 240 seconds at 120°C with automatic stirring. Add 120g of Medium Poha that has been pre-soaked for 2 minutes and the water discarded, 0.25 tsp Sugar, and 1 tsp Salt. The device will continue to stir automatically.

Repeat the above

Add 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will continue cooking for 300 seconds at 120°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 4 stems Coriander Leaves (mince) and serve. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion.
