Add 170g chopped Tomatoes, 130g Onions (cutFour), 1 piece Green Chilli (removed), 10 cloves peeled Garlic, and 5g peeled Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 240 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the ingredients in the jar using automatic stirring at 120°C for a further 300 seconds. The device will then stir at speed 12 for 10 seconds.
Add 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil, 4 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala, 2 tsp Amchur Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder, 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi, 150g peeled Potatoes, 100g washed Peas, 100g Capsicum (cutFour), and 450ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cooking mode at 120°C for 480 seconds. The device will then stir at speed 13 for 720 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the Pav Bhaji. Remove from the jar, add butter and salt to taste and serve with roasted Pav buns garnished with Coriander leaves.
