    Ingredients

    • 100 g Rajma (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
    • 130 g Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
    • Assorted Spices (Turmeric, Amchur, Jeera, Rajma Masala, Garam Masala)

    Instructions

    This Rajma recipe is a lightly spiced, creamy, and delicious Punjabi-style curry made with protein-rich kidney beans, aromatics like onions, ginger, garlic, fragrant spices, and tangy tomatoes. Pair with rice/roti

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add the quartered onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.
