Ingredients

  • 100 g Rajma (soaked overnight)
  • 130 g Onion (chopped)
  • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Chole Masala
  • 1.25 tbsp Rajma Masala
  • 1.25 tbsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 5 g Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions

Add aromatics and tomatoes to jar

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, refined oil, hing, jeera, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and turmeric powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cook the Rajma gravy

Add jeera powder, chole masala, rajma masala, amchur powder, and garam masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add the boiled rajma and the water it was boiled in. Set temperature to 120°C and let Upliance simmer with automatic stirring for 720 seconds. The device will now cook the rajma with the prepared gravy

Garnish and Serve

Add chopped coriander leaves and ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will gently mix. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 10 seconds.
