Ingredients

  • 600 ml water
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 160 g fusilli pasta (boiled)
  • 120 g beetroot (peeled and cut)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece onion (cut into four)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 50 ml water
  • 200 g cheese cube
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add water, pasta, and beetroot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, strain and keep aside.

The device will now sauté aromatics

Add olive oil, garlic, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.

Repeat the above with sauce ingredients

Add corn flour, water, and cheese to The Upliance 2.0 jar with the sautéed aromatics. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the sauce at 90°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping. Then, reduce the speed to 1 and cook for 2 minutes at 90°C.

The dish is ready

Add the boiled pasta to The Upliance 2.0 jar with the sauce. Mix for 15 seconds at low speed. Garnish with dried basil and serve.
