    • 140 g Basmati or Sona Masoori Rice (washed and soaked for 1 hour)
    • 440 ml Water (room temperature)

    Instructions

    Steamed Rice is the most basic way to make rice. They are made on a day to day basis by people all around the country. This R1 steamed rice takes 4 mins of your time.

      Add ingredients to jar

      Add the soaked rice and 440ml of fresh water to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid and cap.

      The device will now cook the rice

      The Upliance will heat the mixture on medium heat (100-120°C) for approximately 4 minutes to bring the water to a boil.

      Continue steaming

      The device continues to cook on medium heat for another 13 minutes, maintaining the temperature to steam the rice perfectly without stirring.

      The dish is ready

      Once the process is complete, carefully open the lid. Fluff the rice gently and serve hot.
