Ingredients

  • 140g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 140g Gobindobhog Rice (washed)
  • 140g Kolam Rice (washed)
  • 140g Raw Ponni Rice (washed)
  • 140g Basmati Rice (washed)
  • 400ml Water

Instructions

Add rice and water to jar

Add 140g of each type of washed rice and 400ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the rice

Select the "Steamed Rice" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically heat to 120°C for 240 seconds, then maintain 120°C for a further 780 seconds with automatic stirring. The total cooking time will be 1020 seconds (17 minutes).

Repeat the above (if needed)

This step is not needed for this recipe. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically complete the cooking process.

The dish is ready

Once cooking is complete, let the rice sit in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 10 minutes before serving. This allows the rice to become fluffy.
