Ingredients

  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 green chili (minced)
  • 1 medium potato (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 300 ml water
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 30 g cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Add aromatics to jar

Add the chopped onion, celery, minced garlic, and minced green chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 3 minutes using the "Sauté" mode with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook vegetables

Add the cubed potato, cauliflower florets, and chopped carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add water. The device will now cook the vegetables at 95°C for 30 minutes using the "TAT" mode with automatic stirring. Add thyme, salt and pepper.

Repeat the above

Add coconut milk and grated cheddar cheese to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer at 90°C for 15 minutes using the "TAT" mode with automatic stirring. The device will then blend the soup for 10 seconds on speed 12 using the "Blend" function.
