Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Onion (peeled and chopped), 5 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped), 1 piece Green Chilli (cut), and 3 g Ginger (peeled and chopped) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 200 g Button Mushroom (washed and chopped) and 200 g Spinach (washed and chopped) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala, 0.5 tsp Sugar, 0.5 tsp Salt, and 0.5 tsp Tamarind Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 250 ml Water. The device will now simmer at 95°C for 14 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Spinach Mushroom Curry is ready. Serve with a wedge of lime from a separate bowl (outside instruction).
