Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Jeera, Hing, Ginger, Green Chilli, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.
Add Tomatoes, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 6 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then simmer for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.
Add Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue cooking at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping. The device will then automatically cool down for 5 seconds.
Add Sev, Coriander Leaves, and Butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently for 10 seconds at 20°C. The dish is ready.
