Add tomatoes, garlic, onion, dried red chillies, ginger, cinnamon stick, Kashmiri Mirch, black pepper, sugar, tomato sauce, white wine vinegar, salt, and black salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select "Making Ketchup" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cook at 95°C for 2400 seconds with automatic stirring. Then continue to "Sauté Tomatoes" mode at 95°C for 1500 seconds with automatic stirring, followed by stirring at speed 6 for 10 seconds, speed 12 for 30 seconds.
If the ketchup is watery, add corn flour and rice flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Fix Watery Tomato Ketchup" mode. The device will automatically cook at 95°C for 600 seconds with automatic stirring at stir duty 6 and stir angle 140.
Once cooked, let the ketchup cool down in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Store in a glass airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
