Ingredients

  • 300 g potato (cut wedges)
  • 120 ml refined oil
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 piece capsicum (chopped)
  • 4 stems coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add potato, oil, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, jeera, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the potatoes and spices

Select the 'Cooking Potato' preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically sauté the spices at 95°C for 420 seconds, then cook the potatoes at 95°C for a further 420 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add chopped capsicum to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Cooking Sabzi' preset. The device will cook the capsicum with the potatoes and spices at 95°C for 600 seconds and then simmer at 100°C for 1200 seconds with automatic stirring.
