Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled mango
  • 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.25 tsp hing
  • 1.5 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 green chili (remove stem)
  • 10 curry leaves (washed)
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (minced)
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add peeled mango, mustard seeds, hing, refined oil, green chili, curry leaves, tamarind paste, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now sauté

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the ingredients at 100°C for 30 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add water and simmer

Add 350 ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the mixture at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, then continue simmering at 95°C for an additional 8 minutes (total 18 minutes) with automatic stirring.
