Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 3 g ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 10 stems green chilli (minced)
  • 250 g chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 40 g Thai curry paste
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 50 g broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 100 g button mushrooms (washed and sliced)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 10 leaves basil (trimmed)
  • 0.5 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics and chicken to jar

Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, green chilli, and chicken to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes. The device will now sauté the ingredients.

The device will now cook the curry base

Add Thai curry paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Add coconut milk and sugar.

Add vegetables and simmer

Add broccoli and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer at 90°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

Stir in basil and coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 5 minutes. The Thai curry is ready to be served.
