Add 150g washed sweet corn, 8 peeled garlic cloves, 1.5 pieces of removed celery, 1 cut onion, and 2 stems of removed green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 300 seconds at 95°C with speed 14. The device will automatically stir.
Add 140g washed Sona Masoori rice, 1 bay leaf, 20g Oregano seasoning, 370g TetraPak milk, 350ml water, 0.5 tbsp cheese cube, and 0.5 tsp chilli flakes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the risotto at 95°C for 300 seconds. The device will automatically stir at speed 1 then 14, then 1 then 14 again, then at speed 2 for 8 seconds.
Garnish with 1 tbsp Oregano seasoning, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and 0.25 tsp black pepper. The Corn Risotto is ready to serve.
