Add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, dried red chili, curry leaves, and green chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the spices. Add curd, wheat flour, turmeric powder, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 90°C and let Upliance simmer for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.
Once the above step is complete, add 550 ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar and stir for 5 minutes at 70°C. Then, add minced coriander leaves and let it simmer for another 5 minutes at 70°C.
The Jain Kadhi is ready. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stop once the cooking is complete. Serve hot with steamed basmati rice or roti.
