Add 200g peeled and sliced Bitter Gourd, 600ml water, and 0.75 tsp Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically boil the Bitter Gourd for 10 minutes at 95°C. The device will then automatically switch to a simmer setting for the next 15 minutes at 95°C. After this, it will switch to rice cooker mode at 100°C for 15 minutes.
Add 1 cut Onion, 0.75 tsp Jeera, 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste, 1 tsp Curry Leaves, and 0.25 tsp Methi Seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
