    Ingredients

    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 stems Celery (ends removed)
    • 1.5 pieces Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 3 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
    • 3 tsp Rosemary (dried or fresh)
    • 3 pieces Dried Red Chilli
    • 2 pieces Tomato (cut into two)
    • 1 piece Capsicum (cut into quarters)
    • 140 g Basmati Rice (washed)
    • 80 g Chicken Sausages (cut)
    • 100 g Prawns (cleaned)
    • 80 g Chicken Breast (cubed)
    • 380 ml Water
    • 3 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add Aromatics to Jar

    Add peeled Garlic, Celery stems, Onion quarters, and Green Chilli to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

    The Device Will Now Cut and Sauté

    The device will automatically chop the vegetables. Add Oil, Rosemary, and Dried Red Chillies. The Upliance will sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 3 minutes with continuous stirring.

    Repeat the Above with Main Ingredients

    Add Capsicum, Tomatoes, Spices, Meat (Chicken, Sausages, Prawns), Rice, and Water to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 25 minutes, using automatic stirring to ensure the rice and meat cook evenly.

    The Dish is Ready

    Once the cooking cycle is complete, the Jambalaya is ready. Garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves and serve hot.
