Add olive oil, onion, celery, and capsicum to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add chicken breast, chicken sausages, rice, garlic, green chilies, rosemary, tomato, jeera powder, coriander powder, kashmiri mirch, and dried red chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Sautéing Meat' mode at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then simmer at 95°C for 15 minutes.
Add prawns and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Cooking Jambalaya' mode at 95°C for 10 minutes, followed by 15 minutes at 95°C with a PID constant of 50. The device will automatically stir and simmer the ingredients.
Add coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Jambalaya is ready to be served. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to keep warm mode.
