    Ingredients

    • 120 g Basmati Rice (Soaked for 60 mins)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 3 pieces Dried Red Chilli (Stems removed)
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
    • 20 g Peanuts (Raw)
    • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 6 g Jaggery (Shaved)
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 420 ml Water
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves

    Temper the spices

    Add refined oil, mustard seeds, dried red chillies, black sesame seeds, raw peanuts, and curry leaves to The Upliance jar.

    Sauté the ingredients

    The device will now sauté the spices on medium heat for 4 minutes with automatic stirring to evenly roast the peanuts and release aromas.

    Cook the rice

    Add the soaked and strained rice, fresh water, tamarind paste, shaved jaggery, and salt to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 17 minutes until the rice is fluffy.

    Serve the dish

    The Puliogare is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve warm.
