Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 3 pieces Dried Red Chilli, 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds, and 2 tbsp Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 2 minutes. The device will now temper the spices.
Add 20 g Peanuts (Raw) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue sautéing at 120°C for another 2 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the spices and peanuts.
Add 120 g soaked Basmati Rice, 400 ml Water, 1 tsp Tamarind Paste, 1 tsp Puliogare Powder, and 6 g shaved Jaggery to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to cook on high for 240 seconds, then on medium for 840 seconds. The device will now cook the Puliyogare with automatic stirring and precise temperature control at 120°C.
Once cooking is complete, let the Puliyogare sit in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 5 minutes before serving. The dish is ready.
