Ingredients

  • 200 g sliced Bitter Gourd (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Jaggery Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder
  • a pinch Hing
  • a pinch Jeera
  • 50 g Salt

Add ingredients to jar

Add sliced bitter gourd, refined oil, turmeric, coriander powder, fennel seeds, jaggery powder, amchur powder, hing, and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook the ingredients at 100°C for 15 minutes using the RICECOOKER heating mode. Then switch to TAT heating mode at 95°C for 300 seconds. Finally, it will cool down at 20°C for 3 minutes.

Add salt to the Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to stir and cook the bitter gourd for an additional 15 minutes at 100°C in RICECOOKER mode.
