    • 200 g Bitter Gourd (peeled, sliced, salted and washed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
    • 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
    • 0.25 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 0.75 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
    • 50 g Jaggery Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt

    Add tempering ingredients to jar

    Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 0.5 tsp cumin seeds, and 0.25 tsp hing to The Upliance jar.
