    • 80 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 50 g Gongura (trimmed)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 330 ml Water
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add ginger, garlic, and green chillies to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these automatically for 10 seconds. Afterward, add refined oil, jeera, and hing to the jar.

    The device will sauté the spices on low heat for 30 seconds. Add gongura leaves, turmeric, salt, and garam masala. The Upliance will chop the leaves and sauté the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Add the soaked moong dal and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 35 minutes, using automatic stirring to ensure a smooth consistency.
