Then, add the gongura and select the sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will then automatically cook the dal at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Finally, the device will simmer at 20°C for 10 minutes.
