Ingredients

  • 1 g Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 pieces Green Chilli (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Black Cardamom (remove)
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1.5 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 200 g Mutton Keema
  • 80 ml Water
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 0.5 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Salt, and Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/cook these ingredients using the "Sautéing Spices" setting at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14.

The device will now cook the gravy

Add Tomatoes and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Cooking Gravy" mode. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 5 minutes with speed 1, followed by 300 seconds with speed 1 and scraping enabled.

Add Keema and Water

Add Mutton Keema and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Cooking Keema" mode. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 7 minutes, followed by 18 minutes with speed 14.

Garnish and serve

Add minced Coriander Leaves and Ghee to the The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Mutton Keema is ready to be served.
