    Ingredients

    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 200 g Carrot (peeled)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 70 ml Water
    • 30 g Grated Coconut

    Instructions

    Add tempering ingredients

    Add refined oil, green chilli, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, and hing to The Upliance jar.

    Temper and chop ingredients

    The device will temper the spices on medium heat for 1 minute. Add peeled carrots, salt, coriander powder, and turmeric to the jar. The device will now cut the carrots automatically.

    Cook the subzi

    Add water to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
