Ingredients

  • 200 g Carrot (peeled and minced)
  • 0.75 tsp Grated Coconut
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 30 g Grated Coconut (optional, for garnish)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 200g minced carrots, 0.75 tsp grated coconut, 2 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp turmeric to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the carrots

Select the 'Cook' mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 120°C and cook for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. Then reduce the speed to 13 and continue for another 420 seconds at 120°C.

Temper the spices

Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 green chili, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, 0.25 tsp hing, 1 tsp jeera, and 12 curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the mixture. Garnish with 30g grated coconut (optional) and serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
