Add 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil, 6 peeled cloves Garlic, 1 piece of Green Chilli (removed), 1 piece of Onion (cutFour), and 1 tsp Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 50 g of peeled and cut Carrot, 20 g of washed French Beans, 50 g of Frozen Peas, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, and 70 g of washed Quinoa to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables and quinoa at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 1 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, and 1 tsp Dried Parsley to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix everything together at 20°C for 20 seconds with automatic stirring.
Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with Roasted Salted Peanuts to taste. The Quinoa Veggie Bowl is ready to serve.
