Add marinated chicken to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken at 95°C for approximately 12 minutes with automatic stirring using PID control (kp:50, ki:0, kd:0). Stirring will be at speed 13.
Add Black Pepper, Salt, Brown Sugar, Maggi Magic Masala, Dark Soy Sauce, Corn Flour, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce at 95°C for approximately 10 minutes with automatic stirring using PID control (kp:30, ki:0, kd:0). Stirring will be at speed 13. Then reduce temperature to 20°C for 5 seconds at speed 1.
Remove the Saucy Pepper Chicken from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with Spring Onion Green and White Sesame Seeds. The dish is ready to serve.
