Add soaked Sabudana, cubed potatoes, coriander, green chilli, ginger, peanuts, jeera powder, hing, jeera, sugar, and ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select the "Sabudana Khichdi" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and adjust temperature (initially 95°C, then reducing to 90°C) for approximately 6 minutes to cook the Sabudana and potatoes.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically roast the peanuts separately at 110°C for 10 minutes. Once roasted, add them to the jar along with any remaining ingredients. The device will continue cooking at 90°C, stirring automatically for 2 minutes to combine.
