Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 pieces Green Chilli (removed)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 200 g Sausages (cut)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 pieces Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Sausages, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato Ketchup, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Add Capsicum and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now stir fry at 95°C for 180 seconds using the ‘TAT’ heating mode and speed 14.
