Ingredients

  • 1.5 pieces green chili (remove)
  • 10 stems coriander leaves (rootCut)
  • 150 g sweet corn (wash)
  • 140 g sona masoori rice (wash)
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 370 g tetrapak milk
  • 400 ml water
  • 0.5 tbsp oregano seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Add aromatics and corn to jar

Add green chili, coriander leaves, and sweet corn to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics and corn

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 5 minutes. Automatic stirring ensures even cooking.

Add remaining ingredients and cook risotto

Add rice, bay leaf, milk, water, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Then reduce temperature to 95°C and cook for another 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Once cooked, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with remaining coriander leaves. The Jain Corn Risotto is ready to serve.
