Satara special kharda mutton is a green masala recipe with fresh green chilies and coriander leaves. It's a dry dish, but can be made into gravy. The freshly ground masala adds a fantastic twist with spicy flavors. Garam masala can be skipped for a milder taste. Pair with Steamed Rice
Add pressure cooked mutton, mutton stock, bay leaf, green chilies, ginger, ghee, jeera, onions, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri mirch, garam masala (optional), grated coconut, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select The Upliance 2.0 sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes. Then, select the simmer mode at 95°C for 60 minutes with automatic stirring. Add sugar during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
No further additions needed. The Upliance 2.0 will continue to automatically stir and cook the mutton until the desired tenderness is achieved.
Once cooking is complete, remove the Satara Special Karda Mutton from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with 1 tbsp ghee and serve hot with steamed rice.
