Add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now temper the spices.
Add Onion, Ginger, Salt, Coriander Powder, Hing, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Tamarind Paste, Sugar, and Tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cook setting at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the chutney.
No further ingredients needed. The Upliance 2.0 will continue to cook the chutney for another 13 minutes and 30 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring and scraping.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will indicate that the Tomato Onion Chutney is ready. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
