Ingredients

  • 350g Potato (diced)
  • 700ml Water
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 6g Ginger (peel)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 10g Chana Dal (wash)
  • 6 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add diced potatoes, water, green chili, onion, ginger, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the boil mode at 120°C for 20 minutes. The device will now boil the potatoes.

The device will now sauté aromatics

Add turmeric, chana dal, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and mustard seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 60 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

Add boiled potatoes and cook

Strain the boiled potatoes and add them to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 100°C and let Upliance simmer the filling for 8-10 minutes with automatic stirring. Season with salt. The device will now cook the filling

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the mixture. Mix once with a spatula before plating. The Masala Dosa filling is ready.
