    Ingredients

    • 350 g Potato (diced)
    • 700 ml Water (for boiling)
    • 10 g Chana Dal (soaked for 15 mins)
    • 1 piece Onion (peeled and halved)
    • 0.5 piece Green Chilli
    • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 6 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

    Boil the potatoes

    Add diced potatoes and water to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the potatoes.

    The device will now cook the potatoes

    The Upliance will cook on medium heat for 20 minutes to ensure the potatoes are tender. Once done, strain the potatoes and set them aside.

    Prepare the masala

    Add onion, ginger, and green chilli to the jar; the device will chop them. Then add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, soaked chana dal, turmeric, salt, and the boiled potatoes. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

    The dish is ready

    The masala dosa filling is now ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa.
