Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 120 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 3 Eggs (cracked)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 15 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 slice Cheese Slice

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 10 cloves of peeled garlic, 120g of washed button mushrooms, 0.25 tsp of ground black pepper, 0.25 tsp of salt, 15g of coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp of refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically chop the garlic and mushrooms. Select the sauté mode at 95°C for 120 seconds, followed by 90°C for 240 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add eggs and cook

Add 3 cracked eggs to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the eggs at 90°C for 600 seconds using automatic stirring. There might be some charring at the bottom; this is normal and won't affect the flavour.

The dish is ready

Once cooked, garnish with 1 slice of cheese. The Mushroom Scrambled Eggs are ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
