Ingredients

  • 1 piece Black Cardamom
  • 2 pieces Bay Leaf
  • 2 pieces Clove
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 170 g Onion (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 10 stem Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 400 g Chicken - Curry Cut (wash)
  • 400 g Chicken - Breast (cut)
  • 400 g Chicken Thighs Boneless
  • 100 g Curd
  • 60 g Water
  • 10 g Butter (soften)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1.25 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Clove, Hing, Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook these ingredients.

Select sauté mode at 120°C for 4 minutes until aromatics are fragrant. The Upliance 2.0 will stir automatically. Then, add Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves to the jar.

Add chicken and spices

Add Chicken, Curd, Water, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, Salt, Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cooking mode at 120°C for 15 minutes. The device will stir automatically.

The dish is ready

Add Kasoori Methi and Butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cooking mode at 120°C for 12 minutes. The Murg Pyaz Masala is ready to be served.
