    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)

    • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
    • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala (none)
    • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi (none)
    • 70 g Frozen Peas (washed)
    • 120 g Cream (none)
    • 70 ml Water (none)
    • 3 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    In contrast to the much-loved fiery and heavily spiced curries, there are lovely subtle and mild versions, one of which is Mushroom Matar Malai. Creamy, mildly spiced, with a touch of sweetness, Mushroom Matar Malai gets lightened up for a healthy weeknight staple. Pair with Roti/Paratha

      Prepare the aromatics
