Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 5 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1.5 pieces green chili (cut)
  • 3 g ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 200 g button mushrooms (washed)
  • 0.75 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • 70 g frozen peas (washed)
  • 120 g cream
  • 70 ml water
  • 3 stems coriander leaves (minced)
  • Refined oil (as needed)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add the onion, garlic, green chili, and ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cut/cook mushrooms

Add the mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut/cook the mushrooms at 120°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the garam masala, Kasoori Methi, Jeera, frozen peas, cream, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Season with salt to taste.
