Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken Breast (cubed)
  • 3 pieces Onion (removed)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 pieces Tomato (cut)
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 1 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 20 g Cheese Cube
  • 70 g Cream
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add cubed chicken breast, onion, garlic, tomato, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add refined oil.

The device will now sauté and cook

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0 at 120°C for 5 minutes. The device will automatically stir and sauté the aromatics. Then, add the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Add oregano seasoning, tomato ketchup, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer at 100°C for 8-10 minutes with automatic stirring. Stir in the cream and cheese during the last 2 minutes.

The dish is ready

Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with additional chilli flakes and oregano as desired. Serve hot with bread, naan, or rice.
