Add Tomatoes, Cauliflower, Green Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Potato, Spinach, Carrot, Peas, Butter, Refined Oil, Turmeric, Amchur Powder, Pav Bhaji Masala, Kashmiri Mirch and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds. Then select classic mode at 20°C for 10 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and sauté the ingredients in the jar at 95°C for 180 seconds. Then, set the temperature to 120°C for 480 seconds followed by 120°C for a further 720 seconds. The device will automatically stir throughout the cooking process.
Add remaining spices (Turmeric, Amchur Powder, Pav Bhaji Masala, Kashmiri Mirch) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to cook and stir automatically at 120°C for 720 seconds
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Butter. The Hariyali Pav Bhaji is ready to serve. Transfer to a bowl for serving.
