Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (peeled and cutTwo)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 50 g Methi Leaves (trim)
  • 70 g Frozen Peas (wash)
  • 120 g Cream
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi

Add aromatics and methi to jar

Add Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Methi Leaves. Select the "Cutting" mode at 20°C for 7 minutes. The device will automatically cut the ingredients.

The device will now cook the aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Add Peas and Water.

Add spices and cream to jar

Add Jeera, Garam Masala, Sugar, Salt, and Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Cream. Select the "Cooking Gravy" mode. The device will cook at 95°C for 10 minutes, then at 90°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.
